Immediate Comfort: We believe you will notice the exceptional comfort and support of our maternity pillow from the very first use.If you find that the pillow is not meeting your comfort and support needs, please share with us the problems you are experiencing and how they are affecting your sleep quality.
Usage Documentation: To ensure that you are getting the most out of your maternity pillow, you are required to follow the recommended usage protocol. This means using your pillow at least for 60 days. Document your journey by taking daily photos of usage and weekly photos / reports of the results, ensuring that these photos are clearly date and time-stamped. (You can simply complete it by screenshotting on your phone.) This documentation is critical for evaluating the effectiveness of the product.
Refund Request Process: If you do not notice the expected results after using the pillow, please email us a description of your experience, detailing the specific issues, at hello@theblissfulbaby.co.uk, along with your order number. Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your product.
Application Review: We will thoroughly review your application for a refund to ensure it meets our criteria. Please note that incomplete or illegible applications will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN PROCEDURE:
Approval Requirement: Do not return the product without prior authorization. Please contact our customer service team first to initiate your return. Returns without an approved request will not be processed.
Return Shipping: Upon receiving approval, send back the product in its original packaging via a traceable mail service to the address our customer care team provides. Note that you are responsible for covering all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price to your original payment method. Allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed by your credit card company.
