  1. What are the materials? 
    The BlissfulBaby's Maternity Pillow is made of a hypoallergenic cotton and polyester blend (cover) and a blend of polyester and microfibre balls (filling) that retain shape better than normal filling.

  2. How does the pillow work? 
    Step 1: Place the pillow on your bed and lay in between the wedges on your side.
    Step 2: Adjust the width of the pillow so that each side comfortably wedges under your bump and back.
    Step 3: Add the supplementary small pillow under your baby bump or back for extra support.

  3. What is the small pillow for? 
    The small pillow adds extra support on your bump or back by wedging between the BlissfulBaby's pillow and you. You can also place it between your legs as a knee pillow.

  5. Do I need to dry clean/do anything special to take care of my BlissfulBaby’s Maternity Pillow™? 
    No way!
    When we say BlissfulBaby’s was designed with your comfort and convenience in mind – we mean it!


    To maintain the quality of your pillow, follow these care instructions:
    Like any pillow you own: when it’s time for a clean, strip off its cover and reverse to prevent damage to the Velcro.

    For best results, wash at 30°C (86°F) to get rid of those pesky dust-mites.
    Then,

    For a soft finish upon drying, either air-dry or hang the pillowcase. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the fabric and maintain the pillow's integrity.

  6. With or without full body attachment, how do I choose?
    We recommend always having a pillow between your legs to maintain proper alignment of your hips and spine. We will gift you a small pillow for this purpose even if you buy your pillow without full body attachment. 

    But to     experience enhanced support right where you crave it, we suggest you to get it with full body attachment in the bundle.

Shipping

  1. What’s included in my order? 
    Each package contains the BlissfulBaby's Maternity Pillow, with a pillow cover and a small supplementary pillow for extra back, bump or leg support

  2. How long does the shipping take? 
    Normal shipments take 5-9 business days, but we are currently experiencing very high order volumes for our sale, so during these times all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours, and shipping will take around 6-12 days depending on your location.

  3. How can I track my order?
    As soon as we ship your package, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can easily track your order on our website. To do this, go to Track My Order and just enter your email address and order number and you will have all the information at a glance.

Returns

  1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please? 
    After the 24 hour period of your order being processed, we're unable to cancel ANY orders due to them being registered within the warehouse, we are unable to pull the shipment back.

    However, if you no longer wish to have the order, you will have an option of refusing it upon delivery, or paying for the shipping expenses and returning the product to our warehouse.

    As soon as we receive the order in either case, we will honor the money back guarantee.

  2. When do I get my money back?
    Your refund will be released as soon as we have processed your order. This usually takes a few minutes after you have contacted us. The amount will be refunded to the account or card that was used for the purchase.
    Please note that credit card refunds may take longer to process. We try to process everything for you as quickly as possible, however, individual banks may take longer to process refunds.
