STEP 1: Unpack and Fluff the Pillow
When you get your new pillow, it'll be vacuum-sealed to keep it safe during shipping. This means it might look a bit flat at first. Don't worry; just give it a few hours to fluff up. You can help it along by gently massaging and breaking apart the compressed areas. This will ensure the filling spreads evenly throughout the pillow.
STEP 2: Join both pillows at a medium length.
STEP 3: Place the pillow on the bed and lay sideways on it.
STEP 4: Gently wedge both pillows under your bump and back.
At the front, we recommend you start with a gentle wedge - just enough to relieve some pressure.

STEP 5: Clean the Pillow Cover Properly
When it's time to wash the pillow cover, turn it inside out to protect the Velcro. Use a gentle wash cycle or hand wash with cold water (around 86°F / 30°C). After washing, air dry or hang it to avoid damaging the pillow's quality. Iron it if needed, but don't use a tumble dryer.
